✅ 3-Day Free Trial – New students can avail a 3-day free trial to experience our teaching methods before committing to a course.
✅ After the trial period, students must confirm their enrollment and pay the required fees to continue classes.
✅ Advance Monthly Fees – Tuition fees must be paid in advance at the beginning of each month.
✅ Payments can be made via bank transfer, online payment methods, or other agreed-upon options.
✅ If a student wishes to discontinue classes, they must inform the administration at least one week in advance.ses.
Refund Policy:
Online Quran learning fees are already scheduled and We offer refund of the whole amount if the student withdraws before the start of classes. But once the classes are confirmed and you have one class, then the refund is not entertained. If we fail to provide you the classes for any reason from our side and you have paid the fee already, then we will refund you the amount after deducting the refund fee. This is our refund policy.
✅ 5 Classes Per Week – Each student will receive five classes per week, scheduled based on their availability and preferred time.
✅ Punctuality is essential – Students must attend classes on time to ensure a smooth learning process.
✅ If a student is unable to attend a session, they must inform their tutor in advance to reschedule, subject to availability.
✅ Classes Conducted Online – Lessons are delivered through Zoom, WhatsApp, and other online platforms, ensuring flexible and convenient access for students worldwide.
✅ Stable internet connectivity and a quiet learning environment are recommended for an uninterrupted learning experience.
✅ We have highly qualified male and female tutors, all of whom are experienced in teaching Quranic studies, Tajweed, Hifz, Islamic studies, and Arabic grammar.
✅ Students can request a male or female tutor based on their preference.
✅ Our courses are open to men, women, and children of all ages.
✅ No prior knowledge of Arabic or the Quran is required – we cater to students of all levels, from beginners to advanced learners.
✅ Students are expected to maintain respect and discipline during classes.
✅ All communication with tutors should be professional and appropriate.
✅ Recording classes without prior permission is strictly prohibited.
